When K9 Protection install your alarm system, we are only using the best quality hardware to ensure that you have a trouble-free experience. The system warranty on each hardware device is two years, but the reality is that with no moving parts and very few things that deteriorate, you can expect several trouble free years of operation. 

As part of our maintenance option on your hardware, K9 Protection will visit your premises each year and carry out a system maintenance visit; we'll clean the sensors, making sure there's no dust. We'll check the logs and make sure that everything is running smoothly, and we'll replace any batteries which are coming close to end of life. We'll also ask you for your feedback to make sure that there's no situations where you're having to alter the way you do things because of the alarm.
